Many companies have their affiliate programs setup through 3rd party network. Since i do affiliative marketing, I just couldn’t avoid using network’s services and in order to do so, i had to agree to their TOS, which is a complete nonsense.I took my chances twice. Both times i did not do anything (at all) , but got kicked out and lost all my earnings. Their Terms of service is set that i am liable for everything. First time they took <$1000 because i did not log in for 30 days.. Second time (5 years later), they took >$2000, because someone posted “my link” that they found on my site to some public forum.I cannot sue them: I “agreed” to their nonsense terms. I analyzed how to get them back and found the way how to “sabotage” their work by doing nothing illegal.. think it as if i’d take all their links and post ‘em to a forum.I cannot afford lawyer, but I want to change this situation. I’ll be happy if they’ll loose.. Is there a way for their legal team to go after me?Voting Question: “law of retaliation”: “eye for an eye” : retributive justice?

You probably have a $600 a month car payment and pay $500 a month for rent, smoke cigarettes, have TiVo, drink too much and tell stories of all that you could have accomplished had you not been slighted by your English teacher. Furthermore, you probably talk back to Howard Stern’s satellite radio broadcast and think news is stupid. You have a comic book collection and think fertilizer is good for vegetables.
